    Army Reserves Camp!

    Army Reserves Camp 2.0
    769.jpg

Adds a "Reserves Camp" that has a starting house space of 20 Troops, Available only after you create the Clan Castle. Troops Housed at the Reserves Camp will not defend or attack, Instead these troops are on reserve to Donate to your Clan Members!

    Army Reserves Camp details:

Each TH level OR Clan Castle level allows another upgrade on Army Reserves Camp

Each Reserves upgrade adds X amount housing spots

Army Reserves Camp does NOT defend you, and you CANNOT use them in raids.

You Train AND House the troops at the Army Reserves Camp!

Troops from your Army Camps will NOT show up in donation menu, Only troops in your Army Reserves Camp

Maxed Army Reserves Camp can house 250 spaces for donations. These rules still go by troop housing limit.
(Archer 1 spot, Healer 14 spots, etc etc)

It will cost Elixir to buy, upgrade, and train(specific details below)

Clear Camp button - This button is if you need to clear out the camp. this will permanetly remove any troops currently in house. You cannot get these troops back, you must re-train. Clear camp fee of 100 Elixir per housing spot used(Or no fee)

It will be an Army Reserves Camp to stop confusing and miss-training from barracks.

The design will consist of a 2X2 Hut/Tent. This will stop confusion of it being the army camp and/or a barracks.

This is just an example, and is based on the current Army Camp upgrade statistics. This can be changed and improved.

Level Troop Capacity Hitpoints Build Cost Build Time Experience Gained Town Hall or Clan Castle Level Required
    1 20 Reserves 400 250 5 minutes 17 1
    2 30 Reserves 500 2,500 1 hour 60 2
    3 35 Reserves 600 10,000 3 hours 103 3
    4 40 Reserves 700 100,000 8 hours 169 4
    5 80 Reserves 800 250,000 1 day 293 5
    6 125 Reserves 1,000 750,000 3 days 509 6
    7 175 Reserves 1,200 2,250,000 5 days 657 9
    8 250 Reserves 1,400 6,750,000 10 days 929 10

Give me feedback on this Idea! Things to improve and work on! I want to keep pushing this Idea until It's so good SuperCell HAS to add it in!! =]

I am not all that great on designing art-work, So if anyone is interested in helping with that I will be forever greatful and will credit you in the thread! Bet on seeing more threads in the future, I'm set on improving this idea a lot!

Q&A will be posted below for future readers

Q: Can this break the game?
A: No, It will not add any extra defense or offense - These are specificly for troop donations.

Q: What if I can't donate any of the troops I trained?
A: There is a Dismiss button - which has already been designed by SuperCell

Cool, 250 is too high though IMO. Maybe only 5 levels, like CC. Something like 20/25/30/40/50 is more reasonable.

Well keep in mind, these are only for donations - The number won't really matter.. Besides, It'd be nice to have a wide variety and a decent number of them too.

? basically you want larger army camp? and you want to disable those 250 troops trapped for donation?
i don't think it will happen as at the end player will be like "Why the hell we can't use 250 troops on our reserve for attacking"
i don't really think this idea is practical. as people don't need to donate in bulk over a short time span. even if you have to donate dragons for clan war. you can ask multiple person to donate dragon over 24hr so i don't think that's a problem.

why i don't think this will happen? SC wants you to use gem. To donate time consuming troop is annoying as you need to make more for your own raiding. this means waiting time = a place to sell gem.

First, Noone will be like " why the hell we can't use 250 troops on our reserve for attacking" because IT'S FOR DONATIONS! Please read. Thanks.

Secondly, You've obviously not been in a donation clan.. I can't train troops fast enough to keep up with donations in our clan, and we are not even a big time donation clan!

Yes, Super Cell wants you to use gems. So add a boost camp button to be able to train faster, also with more troops available at faster times people will want to use the request now button more often

Training more troops means need more elixir, needing more elixir means requesting more troops for battle and battling more, doing so gives you elixir. Then, there are those to gem for elixir and troops. Boom. A whole new system that adds several different ways to use gems. Open your mind.

    Nice, like it

I like the idea I currently the lead doanter in my clan and its a pain to rebuild your army and then donate etc this will make it convenient and better and let me have my barracks pump out those troops and not worry about someone asking for troops and me giving them troops, this will make it so nice and easy and has no real down side nice job man, I absolutely will support this idea! Let's get Supercell to do this now!

le me correct you. no one YET!! what i'm saying is that eventually people will say that if this was implemented. Please read THANKS.
Unfortunately i'm on quite extensive donation clan as people raid with lv5-6 wizard, lv6 archer, lv5 hog, lv3-4 dragon very often. but why can we still function without said idea?
Because on our clan we have MORE THAN ONE people to donate. multiple people usually donate 2000-3000 on one period.

Probably: you need to move on better clan? from what i'm getting from you it seems that you are the sole poducer of troop donation. in which you must be some kind of high level leader/co-leader on a mid level clan. which most of the time people only request without providing donation. BUT this is only my guess though, i can be wrong.

I like this idea but I think you should change it a little. Instead of having it have an upgrade for each the level, make the cc be the the for it. That means if you rebuild ur cc, you unlock the army reserve. If you upgrade your cc you unlock an upgrade for ur reserve. Also, it should have the same housing space was its corresponding cc . That means if you have a lvl 3 cc you can upgrade ur reserve to lvl 3 which will have 20 housing space.

Maybe instead of making the reserve its separate building, attach it to the cc so it makes sense to new players. I think its kind of confusing for a lay player, but good for an experienced player. Best of both worlds I guess.

I really like this because when I am farming dark elixir I usually use loonians. With that being said most people don't want minions as donations and definitely don't want balloons. So I have to train wizards or dragons and get rid of them before I can use my actual attack strategy without those donation troops included. Most clans want you to donate a good amount and it's hard to donate when you don't want those types of troops in your camps as you don't use them in your attack strategy.
