    Should Wizards have mulitiple spells?

I don't know about you, but I am a huge Harry Potter fan. I love wizards, but then I realized, they only have one spell.
One idea that I had was there can be multiple spells (and/or charms) that would have to be opped in by yourself, for a certain amount of resources. Maybe for lvl 1 it would cost 10,000 elixir to switch, (and also take 1 hour) where as lvl 6, it would cost 150,000 elixir, but you would have the option for more spells or charms, and it would take 6 hours to switch.

    Spell/Charm/Potion ideas:
    - Polyjuice Potion: (Which would be named Disguise charm for copyright issues) Does the same damage as a wizard, but the health of the different troop, and once the time is over, you will have the same health before you changed, and you would be able to switch into any ELIXIR troop (non-flying), for 1.25 seconds (lvl 1 wizards)

    - Wingardium Leviosa: (Named "Levitation charm") Make any troop in the radius of 0.5 tiles levitate for 3 seconds, doing 5% damage increase, but having a 10% health increase in the air (Air bombs and Seeking air mines will still target troops, except seeking air mines wont target any troop with 1 housing space) air defenses will target levitated troops (lvl 1 wizards).

    - Expelliarmus: (Named "Disarming charm") Take away the weapon of any defense building that has a visible weapon (archer tower, wizard tower, x-bow arrows. Non-visible defenses include: Cannon, Inferno Tower, Mortar, etc. Clan castle troops will be affected by this) for 1.75 seconds (1 TIME USE FOR MAX. OF 2 WIZARDS) (lvl 1)

The special wizards with the power-ups would be placed in a different slot for attacking, saying the name of the charm beneath it. Each power-up is a one time use for each attack, lvl 1's can only have a max of 2 wizards with charms/power-ups, while lvl 6's can have a max. of 5 with charms/power-ups.

Interesting idea... a little complicated, but I like it. Maybe simplify the spells a bit to fire, ice, and lightning. Otherwise, it's too much like Harry Potter.

    Smile New troops?

so in a way, it's like youre suggesting a new troop altogether? having the ability to create an entirely different wizard in your barracks? or are you suggesting a new building that creates 'charms' or maybe even 'boosts' than you can add to your troops when they're in your army camps? or use this as an upgrade in the laboratory? i dont put down this idea, let me make myself clear. im actually very interested and quite curious as how this can work.

making a totally new troop isnt a new idea. im sure it's been passed around a lot however because the suggestion would be a troop derived from an already existing character would be kinda complicated, sure you can add to the price of the army training and add gold to it too but it's a little too complicated

maybe create this as an upgrade in the laboratory? instead of upgrading the stats of a regular wizard, you equip them with a different spell (offense, support, defense)
-offense, being the attack of a regular wizard
-support, disables enemy defenses for a couple of seconds
-defense, creates a 'shield' or a barrier than can absorb incoming enemy defense's damage (and it has it's own hitpoints too)

or what of the new building idea? the one that makes boosts for your troops? this suggestion could be used in other troops as well like the barbarian or the archer:
    *an alchemy building:
makes boosts for wizards, WBs and healers
    **a blacksmith:
makes weapons and armor(?) for barbs, archers, and giants

this is actually a good idea and ill be following this thread, but my only fear is that it might overcomplicate the game? CoC for me is supposed to be a medieval and cute simple yet strategic game. by adding special attacks and such, it might make things too complicated and too tiresome, thus 'spoiling' the game. in my experience in playing this a MMORPG, all you had to do was click on an opponent and your character would attack. that's it!!! but then the creators of the game released special abilities and upped the hitpoints. some people were enraged by this, others liked the new animations and new look. but i believe it came to a point when people just stopped playing after that update. so what the creators of the game did was to merge the old click and fighting style with the 'special abilities' fighting style.

^^^that is my only major concern with this idea.

This would either be like : AQ Invinsible (basically you change to other thing for 1.25 second so in those 1.25 second you get more health)

    - Wingardium Leviosa: (Named "Levitation charm") Make any troop in the radius of 0.5 tiles levitate for 3 seconds, doing 5% damage increase, but having a 10% health increase in the air (Air bombs and Seeking air mines will still target troops, except seeking air mines wont target any troop with 1 housing space) air defenses will target levitated troops (lvl 1 wizards).

it can be obsolete as: Air defense is very Powerful as it is now (320 damage!!) so if used on lower tier troop it would be useless. you can only escape from cannon and mortar.... so i can't think of good uses for it

    - Expelliarmus: (Named "Disarming charm") Take away the weapon of any defense building that has a visible weapon (archer tower, wizard tower, x-bow arrows. All area freeze spell? no thanks
All of that being said. i think this is still quite okay idea. but need improvement? (IMHO)
