Why not make it so you have 3 options?
1.) Buy 25% of the build time
2.) Buy 50% of the build time
3.) Buy the upgrade time
It's like buying supplies ( Gold, and ♥♥♥♥ ) with gems you have 3 options.

No, because then it would be cheaper, eventually. Supercell doesn't want you to spend less gems, so that's why the barracks boosts are two hours straight. I honestly would be much more happy with 1 hour of 5 gem cost.+1 to this...maybe 4 though....Overall, i like the idea
