This would essentially be an area where you can use/test army's without actually having to use up your troops. This would just be a way to test new ways of attacking without having to spend so much time building troops and wasting all your elixir. I think a small cost to use it ( maybe 5% of army cost or a set amount of gold) would be fair and the bases could just be randomly generated like when you search but you do not receive and of the loot raided or trophies.
Some players could use this to their advantage. I dont think it will come any time soon, if it does at all.
