I don't think we can have all of them but most are good. Here are the criticisms I have (assume I like the ones I don't dislike)
1. Grand Elders should not be able to send clan mail. I hesitate to promote a coleader in fear he/she will send a lot of spam/junk mail
2. Prisoner and Criminal should be combined into one
3. The time bomb variant is a bit to extreme

Not bad! the only thing I would change would to narrow down all of the positions, it gets too confusing. Maybe a few less...
