I'm a new th9 and I'm wondering if i start to build both of my xbows and they haven't finished building will they be active in clan wars?

I am not sure if you can have them in war base if you are building them from none. but isn't there a preparation day for you to look at it?

I would say no since clan wars uses buildings at their current level... Technically their current level is nonexistent

As soon as you start building them, they are available in your war base.
