I'm not really seeing a bunch of inactive players with low level collectors and mines. I'm seeing a lack of inactives in general.

But you need to keep the accounts active to some extent.

I sometimes use my wife's account to donate some troops however it has not attacked anyone for 5 months. Unless I login it very quickly gets taken out of match-making and no one attacks it. It just sits there with full maxed collectors and TH outside.

That's what I was thinking. I went on a 2 week cruise and I was raided very consistently. But I guess 2 weeks isn't that long a time.
