Only leader chat i think it's okay, not all. Why well you would hear the zoo come out if the all member clan able to chat to all enemy member clan.

For what purpose, to trash talk them?

This is unnecessary and will cause unneeded animosity between clans. People will take things personally and start crossing lines, and possibly escalating to racist or religious insults. This can all be avoided by not letting the two clans talk.

If you want to talk, talk with your actions (your attacks). Shut them up by shutting them down.
