Upgrading my heroes is for sure my biggest pain. Getting dark elixir is extremely hard to do sometimes. Maxed drills play a big role, but can't really rely on them 24/7.

Everything else is pretty short and sweet compared to heros.
War without spells is awful. Otherwise I wouldn't care about them.

For me, also the barracks. Every day I raid other bases but I couldn't cook troops quickly co'z barracks are upgrading. I can't find time to upgrade the barracks.
Barracks are a lot of pain. Luckily I have already done all of mine #nohomo
