Heroes for sure. When it comes to barracks, it is easier to upgrade them all or at least 3/4 at a time. Take a week off, enjoy the time outside of CoC Upgrading heroes only causes pain.

Personally the most annoying upgrade for me is my Archer Queen. I always use her and her upgrades take FOREVER​.
