AQ is OP vs th8

I couldn't tell you how many times a AQ has ravished my TH8 base. I have everything maxed, with the exception of walls (1/4 skulls, 3/4 purple) and BK (lvl 7).

Generally my base will stop the majority of troops. Then marches in the mighty queen juggernaut and dismantle everything. Forget the fact that a Tesla is zapping her, wizards are popping her left and right and mortars are bouncing off her head.

Amount of fuqs given by AQ = 0 She just walks up to them and fires a couple rounds of her mighty bow and goes on her merry way.

no one uses valks, so I couldn't tell you if they are OP or not.

Generally the th above yours will have bigger and shinier toys than you do. Don't worry about it as you will have your chance at AQ when you get to th9. That doesn't mean to upgrade prematurely but rather to relax as you'll get there eventually.

I mean honestly, what th9+ (in levels) troops arent 'OP' against th8s
maybe you had some great amount of loot available to be stolen, so you were attacked by a th9 (or 10).
also, mind if we see your base?

TH10 Attacks are op against TH9s...
TH9 Attacks are op against TH8s...
TH8 Attacks are op against TH7s...
and so on.

Higher Town Halls are always stronger.

Since I moved to TH10 (around Xmas) I can no longer farm TH8s (rightfully so), so you're protected by a lot of players, by the loot penalty.

Anyway, why are you staying at TH8 if you've maxed everything?

If you've not managed to farm walls during all the upgrades then it'll be a real boring struggle for you.

Seriously, if your defences are maxed then just move up to TH9. Loot is great and you won't let your builders sleep, hence fall behind on your upgrades.

The heroes in general and the queen especially are OP in general but its regulated by the horrific upgrade times and then the regeneration time after they take a bruising. This makes high level heroes rather rare in most farming ranges which prevents their balance issues from breaking the game.

But TH8 defense is bad against competent TH9's for sure.
