As a parent I assume you've realized giving a child ownership/unbridled access to a high powered computer with access to bank accounts(there has to be a real credit/debit account attached to the phone in order to make such purchases), and tied to the internet(which is not a child friendly place) IS NOT a good idea. Disabling in app purchases is something I highly recommend, as well as removing and banking account imformation. If there is no account tied to the device, I assure you the phone bill you are dealing with is not from in app purchases!
