I voted for infernos (and this is what I did first, both infernos going to level 3 atm).
I assume you intended to only consider the defenses, but in my opinion it is the elixer upgrades that are the most important at early TH10.
Other than infernos the biggest advantages a TH10 has over TH9 is the extra 20 camp space, the extra spell space and freeze spell, and the level 6 minions and other troop upgrades (minions may not be a big deal to some but for an exclusive BAM / Balloonion raider the L6 minions were a big deal to me)
