Are the loot available numbers rounded, or am I just missing something?

On the Wiki, it says the max available elixir(From storages) is 350k. I keep my elixir storages outside, so almost all attacks are just people sniping them. It always says 353k in the defense log, and I watch them to make sure they ignore collectors. So that would mean that they can steak 352k, because 1k is in the TH. Was this a typo on every list of loot available(Unlikely), or are they just rounding it?

It's not a typo. Those are the numbers as indicated by SC.

I know before when the stated max was 200k, it'd fluctuate between 198k and 199k. Dunno why. Perhaps a similar thing is happening.

Yeah didn't think they would have the same typo everywhere.
