Remember the way linking works, as you can see that even without GC logged in, you can access your village and it still saves the changes. Even if you change GC info lets say, the village will stay on his village till he lose his device or loads another village by using another GC id.
Idk how will SC remove village from his device.
Even if the delink your village from your GC to a new GC, village will stay on his device. But maybe SC have some magic wand to clear data from his device.

He wants to link his village on IOS to one on Android so the h@cker can't do it before him. And yes, SC can restrict a villages acces from a device

Tell me about it man, its freaking strange because I contacted SC 4 times yesterday and haven't receive a single response. Not sure if I told you guys, but I took a screen shot the moment I realize he took the account when I saw him typing to his clan that he took my account after 2 and a half hours on itunes changing info. He said in the same chat that "now its time to contact SC".

Which means he contacted SC before I did. I freaking hope to god SC doesn't believe whatever that scum bag has to say. I cant believe what has happen to me. Still trying to contact apple as of now
