in case you have ever read a thread on town hall targeting troops, this would not only be a troop that would be complained about, but they would REALLY be OP. spells would make them undefendable against. examples: 4 freeze, 1 rage. 2 jump 2 freeze 1 rage. these plus a town hall targeting troop would be a guaranteed 1 star attack. these troops would have to utterly suck. low hp, dps, movement speed, and a high housing space. there is just simply no way to balance out a town hall targeting troop.
I have suggested a PEKKA rage in the past where it just goes after the Town Hall but destorys everything else in a direct line to the TH. That way was it gives time for defences to react and cause damage. I think it could work but it would have to be a limited "rage" type affair, not just that units preferred target.
You should probably post this on the threads asking for them not in General where half the people don't know what you're talking about and the other half know it would be the worst idea ever.

Um... shouldn't you post this in the thread suggesting such troops? I never heard of this and unless it can jump walls on its own I find it dumb.
Even in clan wars you really going to make all one troop just for a star?

Don't speed upgrade your town hall, being a level nine or ten does not help you if you have gold walls or lower.
