By no means scientific, personally I've seen a much heightened amount of 300k bases each left and right while boosting as compared to when I don't boost. Just wanted to see the community's opinion on the matter.

Dont have any idea but im like you but i wasnt dare enough to say when i boost i find better bases to raid

The opposite experience has also been purported to be observed, and I think more often as people complain they wasted their boost rather than that the got too much loot!

I don't know how to upload screenshots from my phone but I raided approximately 2.3 million gold in the past hour 9 raids and one snipe. I boost only two barracks one archers other barbs so 20 gems is less then what you get in obstacles every other day. Usually I struggle to raid a million gold without boost per hour
I wouldn't think SC would do this but I do see slightly better raids on the very rare occaision my barracks are bouncing.

I've also heard ppl claiming that there is no point is boosting rax because they never find good loot.
On the few occasions I have boosted I have not noticed any better luck in finding inactive bases.
In fact last time I did boost I had my best find with my cooked army after the 2 hour session had expired.
