Emporor palpatine is from Star Wars. If you don't know, you can research. You can't rely all on the request to give you what you need. The request is fairly simple and quite specific. It's the best request I've seen in the time I've been here.

Emporer Palpatine is from star wars. just keep it simple black robed wizards, red eyes destroying a barb with lightning. Just get our name in there some how. I hope this clears things up. I was not trying to complicate it.
