allow leaders and co to exclude ppl from wars

I'd like to see an option to exclude clan members from war - making it a privilege to be in the war team

Wouldnt be too fair though, obviously you want to take the strongest players into battle.
Team effort, just need good players and get them all to participate, which is always the hardest thing to do.
