What if instead of a graveyard, you use the clan castle. And instead of just dying, you can put your troops "up for grabs" to your clanmates. Then, anyone in your clan can pull troops from the "up for grabs" area. After the 24 hours, the troops you put "up for grabs" go away. This way, the troops are not wasted and donating is even easier.

I like this.

this wouldn't mean more money for supercell because u would get more resources than before

Instead of the loss of resources it would be better to let it act as a holding area for anyone in the clan to pull from. Rather than destroying the troop it just goes to overstock.
