Ok, so i have read what everyone has said.
Now that you say that maybe it could be for 0% Back. So i will add an option in on the poll, and add it into the post.
Also i dont see how this can be abused, it will simply be a cool feature to the game, and if they do decide and make it 0% back, the feature would still be cool, because it will be a way to get rid of the unwanted troops.
I think it should be named juicer or any gross ways of blending, crushing your troops. Their just made of elixir, so whats the need of retirement? (Didnt read everything) Also not a good or bad idea. Its your fault. Why make troops you dont want? If you need 1 more space for a giant( or others) just donate em or waste em.

Right now, we have a way to dump unwanted troops, even cc troops. Just go to any of the goblin mission and discard the unwanted troops there. It wont break your shield and you wont lose trophies. This is a pure dumping, with zero return of resources.
I like the idea that you could be reimbursed back some of the resource from unwanted troops and had posted a similar idea to this...

The way I presented the idea is a bit odd, just wanted to try something new back then...
The original idea isn't that bad as long as it is only limited to the troops in your barracks

-Ok, I'll try to explain every twenty minutes you can ask for troops. With a lvl 4 clan castle you can get two witch's. For 50% refund, I can get 400 dark elixir from my clan. Therefore if my clan mates have a lot of loot, They can donate to me. With the king costing 10,00 dark elixir to start, I could get him in under ten hours with no drills or raiding. In fact with a 16 hour shield, this makes the king an easy thing to buy. I know in some clans it wouldn't work because there would be less communication, but in my clan I think it could be done easily. -( sorry for failing at the quoting thing)
Perhaps 25% would be best. 50% is too much, but 0% is just waste. Give it some of the "spell" refund.
If Supercell did this, they would lose money. They never lose money. But still, its a good idea!

what if instead it would get you back elixir, it would act as a defense, it would have a tower with spirits floating around it, it will load up up to [depending on level] spirits, they would be launched at the enemy al at the same time, if it doesnt shoot is builds up spirits again, it would make for a massive blast but its a bit weaker if it only shoots one spirit at the time. it would be loaded like an xbow, but with troops.

If 0% is added,it would be useless as you can just go to a single player map and dump the troops you want.But if you get 50% back then it makes sense
Clan Clastle Troops could not be sent to the Grave Yard because they are in your clan castle, this is for troops in your army camps.
