Clan Wars: Practicing an attack ♥♥♥♥. (Member Harun, clan: Thunder)

Hello,

We are in an extremely difficult clan war atm, and one of the enemy members, harun (Thunder). Has been practicing attacks on one of our top players. How I know this. We are currently watching every attack that comes in, and Harun keeps attacking a base, suddenly the attack disapears, and he starts again after a while. I recorded the time and every attack was over 2 minutes. After the attacks he got 3 stars of course. Would like to get that bux fixed, and I hope he will get punished for abusing a bug.
