Those walls must take really long to get, but farming can help you get there easily. I recommend farming while upgrading your town hall. Save up lots of gold to upgrade the walls because the th upgrade takes over a week, and that should be lots of time to show a difference in the amount of lvl 8 walls you have now and then.

If you farm enough 10+ a day is doable, my plan was to max walls then fill my storages and farm DE so I can get the queen straight away, impatience as I've been on TH 8 for ages but reading posts the loot penalty at TH 9 is very noticeable so a good idea to fully max TH 8? (Optional BK mines lvl 7 soon lvl 8)
P.s. I want to have 6m gold and elixir when I enter TH 9 so I can put builders to use ASAP!
Walls are mainly for intimidation if youre farming, and if you trophy hunt youre gonna be hit by hogs a lot (as a th8-9), and your walls will be hopped over! Just,upgrade walls as you trophy hunt.....you get a lot of walls done that way!Originally Posted by SorrowCat

I'd max your teslas, then do your town hall then as many skulls as possible in the town hall upgrade period! Challenge yourself!

Upgrade your TH once all your defences are maxed you don't have to wait for the walls. TH 8 is extremely unbalanced as anyone with lvl 6 giants healer combo can usually three star you. It made me crazy that someone who rushed their TH could wreck my maxed TH8, I believe Supercell hates farmers as we don't like to buy Gems
I am speaking from experience as I maxed TH 8 including my walls. I used Koops TH 8 plan by the way.
