Need a th8 Anti Wipe Layout (not necessarily 100% wipe) butl imited to 1star

Do you mean gowipe? If yes you cannot do a thing unless the raider stupidly spam his troops and yet you could still take a 2 stars
Just try to find the best base possible and don't think of winning defenses against th9 raider, unless the design is weird and uncommon every th8 can be 2 starred by a barch/bam army with spells, so against an army built to push or to war well .......

A strong TH9 will still get 2 starred, even 3 starred by a GoWiPe army. Except if the attacker is not having any ideas what he's doin.

Th9 can defend against Gowipe. Actually it was more like a DragWipeHog attack... Well I still defended!

if we're talking about a th8 level gowipe (golem lvl2, wiz lvl5, pekka lvl3 cc witches)


requirements for beating gowipe at th8:

1. maxed walls 200+ skullies (225 is best of course)
2. maxed mortars (fend off those wizzies)
3. maxed wiztowers
4. maxed teslas (toast those pekkas)

layout requirements:

1. do not put all splash in one compartment total splash def weapons is 7 (wiztows + mortars) so you should have at least 7+ compartments in your layout.

2. close all your compartments and distribute all your weapons equally pref, not more than 3 in each compartment
3. put in storages inside the layout
4. make the base a bit wider wherein the troops can wander around and get beaten off by point defenses
5. hide the teslas near storages so that it can free shot pekka without getting hit first.. (do not put teslas in one compartment)
6. place bombs inside your layout...(helps destroy wizzies in one shot plus dmg heroes pekkas, etc.)

star limit will only be 2star at best...this is how we roll in the clan...if it's a newbie who's attacking you will be able to limit them at 1star.​

No way will a standard GoWiPe three star an advanced th9. Without back end units for clean up GoWiPe is 2 at best

I don't understand why you'd even want an anti-wipe layout at TH8.

Gowipe is terrible at TH8.

Drags and hogs are far more effective, Valho, or even loons. Those troops are much more of a threat to 3 star vs TH8 than any TH8 Gowipe comp ever could dream of. I would be much more concerned about protecting against that.

We all know Gowipe is a safe 2 at best consistently, and most compotent attackers are going to be able to two star, if not 3 you at your equivalent TH anyway.

GoWiPe got 1 star on me.. they got lucky and their last pekka killed my th to get 1 star - lol
