I think there should be a day to speed up the clan war preparation day, for example a certain amount of votes from each clan, or u have to donate a certain amount of gems (rather not but if thats what it has to be then ok) I'm sure that after the first few hours many people are done donating and getting their army built. Any further ideas? It should be a option though.... for ex... have clan war speed voting on or off (thats for the leader to decide)

Thats why most of the clan would have to vote, for example like 70% or more would have to vote for the speed up and the speed up vote would have to be on both clan sides
sorry i read the question wrong the first time, what i think we should do for that is have the clan leader or co leader let the other members know that its going to be sped up or another method is sending out a message to all the members (besides that I dont know we'd have to leave that to supercell to decide
