I want my 50 trophies or 12h of my life back SC!

I already sent a mail to support but since it will take a month or 2 I'm going to ventilate here as well.

I've played this game for about 16 months and never once complained, I just got a call in the middle of a raid that I wasn't able to answer or deny ending up costing me 39 trophies as well as 11 on defence. Now that could have been my phones fault (which never has happened before) I thought, but then I checked my attack log and every replay was available except for the one I lost which clearly shows that it was the games and not my phones fault.

You either owe me 50 trophies or 12h of my life back.

I got a similar situation once, well back in above 3600. That wasn't a phone call or bad internet, the game just stuck.. there wasn't a replay neither.

Since you got a call, dont think you will receive anything back

But you did get a call in the middle of a raid... and that really isn't the game's fault...... nor should it be the company's.........

That's why I play on an iPad / I set my phone to "Do Not Disturb" if I have to use the phone.

At one point, I was ready to chuck my phone in a garbage disposal. For a month during the christmas boosts (which actually drove me to inactivity during boosts), literally every second raid would cut me off. I would finish the raid, then receive a connection lost only to find that I blew all my spells and heroes to get 5k. This happened roughly 40 times during the boosts, at which point I stopped completely. Randomly one day, the errors stopped happening.

That's some bad luck. That actually happened to one of our members in the clan wars. He got a call in the middle of his raid and only got a star (thankfully we won by 1 still).

To be fair I've gotten a call many times before in the middle of raids and it has never been a problem, just pressed deny. That's how it has worked and is suppose to work, obviously it's the games fault it didn't work this time.

I've been ok with people using fluffy bunny, cheap shields and alliances, I've been ok with gaining 1 trophy at a time while I'm able to lose 55 on defence, I've also accepted the fact that my poor connection have ended up costing me a bunch of trophies, both on offence and on defence (which really can't be hard to fix) but I'm not ok that I have to pay because of the game is ruining my raids, stealing trophies from me.


So I guess that this will be my rather ♥♥♥♥♥♥ off good bye thread, there's just to many unfair advantages that SC are unable or unwilling to fix for me to bother countinue playing unless I get some sort of support from the company I've spent enormous amount of time on.

SC should state that this is a game that you aren't suppose tp play on your phone or without wifi if they can't fix the unfair issues it gives.

Know the feeling but it wasn't a connection lost moment, I've had my share of those as well but I've accepted that it's a risk I'm taking while playing without a wifi connection.

The call itself wasn't bad luck, it happens alot if you play 6h at a time, that the game froze my entire phone however was "bad luck" I guess.

Calm down man, it isn't the games fault. If you took too long to deny the phone call it's your fault not the game's.
