    Just an idea...

    There are soooo many posts about lost villages (also I have posted about my lost village) and except for the standard reply "wait 1-5 weeks" all us lost souls are in the dark about progress. I have seen on the forums tickets in the 26s unresolved with others in the 29s and 30s resolved. This is confusing. I understand the huge task that support has and dont envy them at all, but I also understand the frustration of the players that are waiting without any information.♥

    Could support, at the end of each day, post a thread on the forum to say the last resolved ticket number, at least this way we have a minimum idea of how close we are to the finish line. (I am assuming that tickets are dealt with chronologically. ..though there is some evidence to suggest the contrary)

    This is actually a brilliant solution. I'm not sure exactly how they would do this, but it would certainly make support seem more active.

    I like it and want to see it posted/announced. Not necessarily on the forum as there is a whole website dedicated to support (https://gamesupport.supercell.net/hc/en-us)

    Also, it must be good to know whether ticket number is for all 3 games.
