Great Idea: Not kicking people who has just payed to play extra hard for 2 hours.

So yeah... I was just boosting my Barracks, Heroes and Spell Factory's build-speed and 1 hour into the boost I get the "You've been online for too long and will be kicked"-message. That's after playing for 4 hours WITH breaks. This is the third time I've been kicked after being online for 4 hours in the last couple of weeks (which is just dumb in itself, 4 hours isn't a hardcore game session that needs a long, forced pause, 8 hours can at least be understandable).

Even though I CAN live with the idea of you kicking people after being online for too long, so that noone leaves their games open all night with some program that refreshes the game, I CAN'T understand how you think that it's acceptable to kick someone out who is paying to boost their barracks.

You are indirectly STEALING MONEY from people when you do that. Which is NOT okey in ANY sense.

The only reason that I could think of -for you to kick someone who's boosting their barracks- was that, if you don't kick people when they boost their barracks then someone could have an A.I refresh the boosting 24/7. WHICH IS A BAD REASON, because it has to be some really sophisticated A.I + some gems spent, to have some program pay to boost someone's barracks 24/7 so that they can't be attacked, an A.I I don't believe exists! Plus, you can set a limit of 2 boosts in a row or something to make this impossible. So there's NO GOOD REASON for you to be kicking paying customers while boosting their barracks!

So can you do your PAYING CUSTOMERS a favour and NOT kick them while boosting their barracks please? Thank you

So you are fully aware that they kick you after 4 hours of continuous play, why not just time your boosts to start right AFTER a 4-hour session? Or why not log off for a couple mins just BEFORE you start a boost, so you know you won't get kicked?

You seem to know the schedule very well, so you can use that to your advantage in terms of when to spend gems on boosts.

Also, how long do you get kicked for? I thought it was just for a few minutes. A few minutes out of 120 minutes doesn't seem too terrible.

The time is supposed to be random, but around 8 hours (and has been about 8 hours before these last 3 times) which makes it hard to predict when you will be kicked. I thought I had just been unlucky with the random factor and somehow gotten the short straw. But now it's clear that they've halved the time it takes to be kicked. Plus, logging of for a couple of minutes doesn't reset the timer (BELIEVE ME I've tried haha).

The problem is that when you are boosting, you are going for something really expensive (which makes you have alot of resources) so when they kick you out in the middle of it, there's a high chance of being raided for 400k gold and elixir. So you do not only lose the 12 minutes of boosted raiding time (10% of the bost time, so if you boost 7 buildings then that's 7 Gems).

So I lose 400k Gold and Elixir (stolen from me when I'm offline), 7 gems and the resources I would have gained during those 10 minutes of boosted raiding (which is about 300k Gold and Elixir more). Totalling in on 700k Gold and Elixir (The amount you get from a 2-day Clan War if you have a lvl 4 CC, so it's not exactly an neglectable amount by their OWN standards) and 7 gems indirectly STOLEN, because of their bad policies.
