Samsung Galaxy Tab 3. 8.0

Guys.

I just bought a new android devices, Samsung Galaxy Tab 3. 8 inch.
Seems like i have small problems, which my clash of clans is not running smooth (there's some lag/delay). Its not about the internet connections., more like graphic. I thought every android devices would do the same, but my bro played in google nexus 7 and my friend played in sony xperia seems doing fine.

Any suggestions?

Have all background apps closed i guess

put the active applications widget on ur screen. after u click on it, click ram manger then clear memory. also make sure you dont have power saving mode turned on. thats all I can think of atm.
