This is to the idea of getting things constructed or upgraded faster in our beloved game.
If builders share the same project, your project will be done faster.
Two builders: Time for upgrade or construction is cut in half.
Three builders: The time is now one third of the original time.
The more builders you have per construction the less time it takes.
I agree this would be a marvelous idea!
