A New 5th Clan Rank solves Clan Hopper Problem

Clan leaders can now give out a new status independent of elder and co-leader called Clan Warrior. Members with a Clan Warrior rank are the ONLY ones signed up Clan Wars, and are the ones considered for matchmaking. No need for an opt-out or a system to punish hoppers. Leaders wont have to boot high lvl members who are going inactive for a bit to deal with rl issues just to get a more fair matchup. Clans can be more lenient with invite standards since they control who is going to fight. Thoughts?

    One problem.

Theory: Elders keep members in check, coleaders keep elders in check, the leader keeps coleaders in check, members keep the leader in check by leaving if they don't like the clan.

Practice: Too many immature, self-centered people. For instance, if you kick someone for demanding elder and co, the next member you find might not be much better, particularly if you global recruit.

How this applies to you: If you are looking for a good CW clan, it takes time to try and earn trust from the clan, but if they never give you warrior, the next clan you find might not be much better. What's an innocent random to do?
Don't even bother reading anything this idiot has to say.
I'm not sure why I haven't been banned yet on account of my stupidity.

Honestly, that is intelligent, and would avoid clan leader unneccessary kicking out some people. In my clan someone get kicked out because she was doing everything wrong in clan wars, but the leaders were sorry to do it because otherwise she gave a lot of good troops. Your idea would have avoided this problem. What I fear is that the weaker players may get penalised by being forbidden to participate in Clan Wars. A solution could be to make this rank being automatically given after a week, (or before if a clan leader wants it) in the same clan, but it won't solve the problem mentionned above, only the one about clan hoppers.

Just let us have Coleaders and Leaders have the ability to choose the participants when they start a clan war.
We sometimes have elders (even coleaders) who don't have time to raid when we want to war.
Our only solution is to kick them and have them join back later.

Co-Leader should be eliminated all together but there should be multiple leaders or equal rank who can handpick members to participate in war in multiples of 5s.

If there are multiple leaders, then they won't be leaders. To be a leader, you have to be the only one otherwise you are all co-leaders. There can only be one leader just like there can only be one president or prime minister.
