Since, I'm going to change my layout in the next few day after some of my tesla are upgrading to lv5. Then I'll upgrade my town hall to lv9 while upgrading teslas to lv6 altogether.
My defend is working quite fine. I put my town hall inside the wall but not too hard to attack. As can be seen from the link below, you'll see lots of attacker chose to attack my town hall first and lost more than half of their troops from that attack and help me to get 12 hours shield as I expected.
I also adjust my layout bit by bit in order to make it better and better. Finally, my defend is looking like this and work quite well at the moment even though all of my tesla are still upgrading.

Why not put your black walls on the outside? it looks like most people are not getting much action on the inner walls so this may slow them down even more....just a thought, looks like you have an awesome base - i'd click next thats for sure.

I put the black walls inside since if I put it outside it can still be easily to break through by lv.5 wall breaker while putting them inside would be a lot harder to attack. Also, wall breakers will find it hard to bomb my inside wall. As can be seen from the VDO, lots of time that my external wall got crack in but my black wall can hold them down while mortars and wizard tower eliminate them before they crack into my resource. That's the reason why I put the stronger wall inside.
Right now the giant bomb is the main key to protect my resource, lot of goblin that make their way to my storage just simply disappear within a second. I love this bomb hahaha.
