TH snipping is the most effiecient and economic way of doing clan wars. I did it once using the king. 0 investment. tons of rewards , even the clan lost the war eventually...

If anyone tried that in my clan they'd be kicked so they weren't there at the end of the war.
That would stop them getting a loot bonus right?

I dropped from 2240 trophies to 50 on thursday night........back up to 2125 bymonday evening......TH are still there but certsinly not as many.......by the way much harder going down from 200 to 100 thsn coming up...lol

No, even if you're no longer in the clan you can still get the win bonus, i know this for a fact since it happened to me.

I have noticed they are fewer in numbers now, but it doesn't bother me much at all. I only take them if I drop too low in cups and want to shoot up quickly.

For TH6 etc sniping up leagues to get gems it may be a bit more difficult now.
