    All please read! Friends account was ♥♥♥♥ed and supercell hasnt fixed

    Last night at 9pm centeral zone i was playing on my friends account to keep going then it kept saying anothe device was logging onto so i figured was him. I pull out my cell and tx him to my suprise he said he hasnt logged on in months! So when i log back into it from my ipad this guy is talking back and forth to me on same account saying someone sold it to him which only two ppl had password james and myself being the other. I wouldnt ever sell the account cause its not mine and if i did it wouldnt have been for 50$ which the guy claimed he bought it for. And it just so happen to end up in a clan named ♥♥♥ kickers with an ex clash member named David. It kept logging me off cause he kept trying log on same time as me. Then i finally got the account back into my clan again then the guy kept claming it was his account that james sold it to him then someone else was the biggest ♥♥ ive ever seen in the clash world. Please supercell someone fix this issue ive sent u 4 emails james the original account holder has to and not one reply back we have been on clash since 2012 of Oct and have invested money, time, ext into this game if this problem doesnt become resolved i will deff get a large group and protest! Just want this made rights all so please please take this serious i have pics of the convos with this guy and have proof he stole my friends account diff up address then mine and james account.Severe action needs to be taken against the party that has ♥♥♥♥ed into this account he needs to be banned from the whole supercell community.

    Whats worse is supercell never contacted my friend or me over the issue. I finally got the account back and changed everything and today i wake up and they have ♥♥♥♥ed back into. Wow is this how supercell treats there loyal clashers!! Just amazing

    Gamecenter is a product of Apple, what should Supercell do about it ?
    Why does your friend not just change his password and E-Mail for the Gamecenter Account ?

    Also dude, get real.

    You say only you and your friend know the login data and you friend has not played for months.
    If you haven't sold the account, well obviously it was your friend because he has moved on.

    Hi,

    I am sorry this has happened to you, someone has got hold of the game centre username and password.

    you need to email supercell though the in game report an issue tool (cog>report an issue...) and wait. You will receive an automatic email with a case number - support is currently working on cases tha start 29xxxxx - it is likely that they will take 2-4 weeks to get to you.

    The delay is not that they don't care it is that they are helping other people who have entered their passwords into "free gem" apps they found on youtube, shared accounts with friends, logged into the Apple Store GC, sold a device without clearing it or had an easy to guess password.

    Hang in there they will get to you.

    For the smart ppl its a given we have changed his email and password once they have logged in it stays on the account duh! And yes supercell is apart of this they need better ways for things like this happening. For the ones saying negative things and it happens to u remeber this thread. Cause all ive done is try get word out about a serious problem. The account has every troop maxed and has alot invested into it my friend hasnt moved on he just was on a break so i kept it running which most top players in world do. Either way its total ♥♥ and if u dont like what im saying u can not reply or read but like i said this is to let all know a huge risk that isnt taken care of right off takes alot of time and all ur gems and loot will be spent not by you but someone that stole ur account. If was u how upset would u be if invested alot of money and time and then u try log on and someones playing ur account? Dont think u would be happy

    I got exactly the same problem as your friend have.....

    Hope Supercell can help us as soon as possible....

    Here my report , i really do not understand why does SuperCell do not want to apply the in-game password feature.

    Not Trying to mimic other game, i play Game of War as much as i play Clash of Clan, they have in-game password for every account we make, and as far as i know no one ever complain about they account had been stolen.

    Even if the H A C K E R manage to get the password, we still can save our account, by hitting "Forget Password", then we will get the password in our email, login to the account, and change it, so nobody else can take our account.

    That is a very simple feature to implement to the game.... Compare to link the village to game center. Hope they will considered it

    Try changing the password to your Gamecenter ID. Or if your on android, then try changing the password to the gmail you have your village linked too.
