Other clan (possibly) ♥♥♥♥♥ing during war - plus our war castle donations has glitch

OK, so two problems. If you get this quickly enough can you please check in on our current battle? Our clan name is Macenstein, and we are battling some Chinese clan I don't know how to type the name to to you.


Issues:

1 - We are battling a clan from China that is somehow able to do something odd... We see on the map they are attacking one of our castles. The battle seems to end, then no stars show up for them, but neither does an attack register. They have been doing this multiple times, and then they are somehow able to return, and the SAME PLAYERS are then able to reattack that base and beat it, because they did a test run that did not count. There are rumors of people maybe using airplane mode in mid attack to ♥♥♥♥♥, maybe this is what they are doing?

unsurprisingly I think they are 12-0 in wars


2 - at least 5-6 of our war castles CLAIMED they were full, and would not let us donate more troops. All affected castles had dragons donated, and all were short 20 units, and the dragon. Example, 1 player's clan castle could hold 30 troops. He had 2 wizards and 2 archers, but the castle claimed it was full, and no one could donate to him. it says 30/30. We know we gave him a dragon, but when he was attacked, just those 4 units came out of his CC.

Same thing happened to others. Check out ODoul's and Chief's castle as samples.

This guy (their #2 ranked castle ) just attacked Chief, but then that battle ended, and no stars were awarded. However, it does not show up in the battle log, and if you click on him it says he did not battle yet.

PLEASE HELP US! Something weird is going on. So far we've only noticed it on the players with Chinese character names.

even if you don't attack the base, it says u are attacking. the 30 seconds u get before attacking, even if you are just viewing the base in those seconds, it shows everyone as if u are attacking but u may not be. then they stopped the battle w/o placing a troop.]

but if its something else, its called ghosting and a known issue

There's only one way that he would do that. ghosting

This is a well known problem. Unfortunately there is nothing that you can do about it right now. Hopefully SC will come up with a fix some time soon. Your only options are to deal with it, or quit wars until the problem is fixed.
