Java Hut for Builders

Okay everybody knows a couple things


1 SC needs a way to get folks to spend money on gems

2 building is SLOW

so why not combine those and have a "Java Hut" that can be used to accelerate building

1 the building is purchased with gems (say 30 gems) and upgraded with gems (say %level%X2+4)
2 when you have it loaded with elixer (and/or dark elixer for higher levels) builders work at double or triple speed
3 it holds the first 500 elixer/dark elixer units as a "destruct" charge (which is used if A it is attacked B it and the builders huts are the only buildings left) the effect should be the same as the the same level GIANT BOMB
4 if it does get set off then the cost to rebuild is 50-75% of the build cost
5 reloading should work similar to the XBOW
