I thought that putting the possibility of using two masons to halve the construction time, it could attract more players. Thus having the ability to use two masons, players will try to have more and more and this would encourage the purchase of gems. Let me know if this idea is helpful.

Your idea of being able to use multiple builders for one project is great, and would certainly make upgrading easier for players. Unfortunately, however, it's been ruled out by Supercell, probably because players would use multiple builders instead of buying gems, which would cut profits.
