I think it would be great if we can search for players by name. I had friends in my clan which left for different reasons. I want to search them and see where they are but I can't. I think supercell should release an update for that. What do you guys think about this idea.

Started the game in January and three days later became a member of Zombie brains, the only clan I ever been in. Town hall eight since April 16th.
Wars won, 86. War hero,543 stars
Don't speed upgrade your town hall, being a level nine or ten does not help you if you have gold walls or lower.
Have you yet to realise the amount of players with same names? It'd take you ages to search for someone, thus why it was ruled out.

Your idea of a ‘Player Search’ is very creative, but unfortunately, it would create some issues and it's been ruled out by Supercell, probably for one of the following reasons:
1. Hundreds of players have the same name, so finding a certain player would be difficult.
2. There would be numerous privacy issues.
