First , Thanks for your reply.. about the tickets, i got the tickets yes but not six, when i say 6 times, in the same email that i got the ticket i do reply on that email after a couple of weeks. Clear?
Second , the link you provided is unuseful link from supercell. If you contact apple , apple will tell you we have no accsee to your village, this is not about apple ID , this is about someone log in to your village with the server and the server controler only can help you in this " supercell " ..
Supercell should not put this link above as a soluation links, because its not a soulation.

It is suppose that some log into your GC, and loaded your village
So saying that someone ♥♥♥♥ed SC severs just too take your village.. I don't know, quite interasting story, hope you find a solution or someone else (game support as you said) could help you

Thanks for your reply back I really appreciate your concern.
As i mentioned someone log in to my village, this does not mean they h@cked SC server i am not saying that, I said someone log in to my village only, as i said might be different stories maybe when i sold my device, or someone ♥♥♥♥ed my email and when i changed it ... i don't know. If I knew my problem I will solve it by myself.
Anyway, all these options might be but Can I get my problem solved here? because same story happened to one of my friends and SC changed his server to a new village and banned the old village server....
I hope I get some help here from SC Team.... Appreciate everyone post on this page.

Ok let's say i wanna do same as what he did....
i contact apple.. apple replied back: we cannot log in to your village or the server of your village and see if more than one person are using your village or not.
logically, how can apple log in to my coc account or the village?

this is SC customer support job. 1- They can know your IP Address ID 2- they can know in which country at this moment you are playing coc 3- they can log in to your village and investigate. In general, they know every single think you do in your account.
And this problem happened to one of the player who already solved with coc support this is global chat what i heard.
but the problem is its been more than 1 month and half and no responce at all from SC support......![]()
Apple should not log on your village at all, but they should be able to tell if someone else is using your GC (which can be very bad) as if you sell your phone without doing a "factory reset" (back to 0) anyone can get all your data (credit card, email, anything)
SC support can know that, but they have no way to know is not you using that account, so they can't do nothing
