Dear clash of clans Support Team,
I have been playing this game since it was released. We all love this game and even we know that we spend a lot of time and money and this game even though we cannot stop playing this game. When i say, wasting money or time I am a champion player and I have been above 4000+ trophies.
My problem is basically, someone is logging in to my account. I don't know how and why?! I talked to this person by opening a new clan and he said I bought this clan from someone else! how?! don't ask me I don't have an answer for this question. Maybe ♥♥♥♥ed my email! or when i sold my device he returned back all the info back by ♥♥♥♥ing or whatever is i have no idea, Anyway, i changed my game center account and password two times and he is still able to log in to my account. You know what happened when he logged in to my account?
1- I lost some battles and you know how hard is when you are +4000 trophies to find someone to attack...! supercell knows this.
2- he used my shield like take the shield whenever he wants.!
3- he upgraded my walls to level 11, I had on my village (200,000) gems , now you know how much i do have? less than a half
and alot and alot of problems did to my village. However, I contact supersell customer support, ( I mentioned before we love this game right? If you are going to ask me now what you hate about this game? I will say customer support...sorry guys , I know you are under pressure of working load but I sent 6 or more emails to you guys but no response!! I am in trouble at least take a look to what the email contents and if it's high risk then it should be first than others.
Here is the story, After a couples of email that i send to supercell customer support, they replied me back and say we cannot help you on this, ask apple to help you on this...!!!!! my question is, Does apple have an access to you server!!! logically NO! how apple can log in to you my account and take an investigation about this case ( by checking the IP address, devices serials , and ask me some question to approve that is me and i am the owner of this account , and then finally disable the access from that person) !!! This is no way!! LOGICALLY and ..... and what??
I contact apple as supercell staff told me to do, When i contacted them 3 times by email, phone and forum. They told me give us three days to investigate your case. They replied back as their engineer replied back to me and say we are going to help you only if you want apple account problem, game center by itself like you have a problem with downloading the game ... etc but for this case, we cannot help you on this because we have no access to the third party app and log in to your account! we cannot do this and we have no access to do this.

you are the server of this game I think you can log in to my account and see if i am the real person of this account or not ( if you think that i am not ) and look at all the attacks who is the real person.... and you can do that because while i am asking friends ( since we have an experience in this game and we know so many friends ) and we have being with every single update, bugs , problems and stories happened to players a lot of them told me and one of my friend who had the same problem that he solved by you guys... so please guys find me a solation .... i am between back and forth ( cannot stop playing , and cannot play as i am champion player above 4000+ while someone log in to my account ) ....
here is the last ticket that i have #3254960 and got and for any further information you can contact me thru the email that I sent the email from ( with the ticket number ) starting with aialxxxx@ecxxx.ae.
