    Serious problem .. Admin come in please.. ( 4000+ player)

    Dear clash of clans Support Team,

    I have been playing this game since it was released. We all love this game and even we know that we spend a lot of time and money and this game even though we cannot stop playing this game. When i say, wasting money or time I am a champion player and I have been above 4000+ trophies.

    My problem is basically, someone is logging in to my account. I don't know how and why?! I talked to this person by opening a new clan and he said I bought this clan from someone else! how?! don't ask me I don't have an answer for this question. Maybe ♥♥♥♥ed my email! or when i sold my device he returned back all the info back by ♥♥♥♥ing or whatever is i have no idea, Anyway, i changed my game center account and password two times and he is still able to log in to my account. You know what happened when he logged in to my account?

    1- I lost some battles and you know how hard is when you are +4000 trophies to find someone to attack...! supercell knows this.

    2- he used my shield like take the shield whenever he wants.!

    3- he upgraded my walls to level 11, I had on my village (200,000) gems , now you know how much i do have? less than a half

    and alot and alot of problems did to my village. However, I contact supersell customer support, ( I mentioned before we love this game right? If you are going to ask me now what you hate about this game? I will say customer support... sorry guys , I know you are under pressure of working load but I sent 6 or more emails to you guys but no response!! I am in trouble at least take a look to what the email contents and if it's high risk then it should be first than others.

    Here is the story, After a couples of email that i send to supercell customer support, they replied me back and say we cannot help you on this, ask apple to help you on this...!!!!! my question is, Does apple have an access to you server!!! logically NO! how apple can log in to you my account and take an investigation about this case ( by checking the IP address, devices serials , and ask me some question to approve that is me and i am the owner of this account , and then finally disable the access from that person) !!! This is no way!! LOGICALLY and ..... and what??

    I contact apple as supercell staff told me to do, When i contacted them 3 times by email, phone and forum. They told me give us three days to investigate your case. They replied back as their engineer replied back to me and say we are going to help you only if you want apple account problem, game center by itself like you have a problem with downloading the game ... etc but for this case, we cannot help you on this because we have no access to the third party app and log in to your account! we cannot do this and we have no access to do this.

    Dear supercell,

    you are the server of this game I think you can log in to my account and see if i am the real person of this account or not ( if you think that i am not ) and look at all the attacks who is the real person.... and you can do that because while i am asking friends ( since we have an experience in this game and we know so many friends ) and we have being with every single update, bugs , problems and stories happened to players a lot of them told me and one of my friend who had the same problem that he solved by you guys... so please guys find me a solation .... i am between back and forth ( cannot stop playing , and cannot play as i am champion player above 4000+ while someone log in to my account ) ....

    here is the last ticket that i have #3254960 and got and for any further information you can contact me thru the email that I sent the email from ( with the ticket number ) starting with aialxxxx@ecxxx.ae.

    200k Gems? Were the gems bought thru game legitimately? Or purchased thru Third party Gem site? If purchased thru third party gem site you got what you paid for and could not be happier for you... You deserve all the trouble you get. Sorry for the blunt opinion... Hope ppl who try to work around a good system learn from their mistakes... If yours is truly a legitimate issue... Resolution will be had I'm sure

    If it's indeed a truly legitimate issue, why jump and cut his neck so soon ? How about you wait for more details. Like this one.


    OP : Did you do a complete reset of your device when you sold it ? If not, the man you sold it too will have access to your base as long as he doesn't do a reset himself, or log into another GC with a CoC village linked to it.

    For the supports, they are overwhelmed by players who lost access to their accounts. It usually takes 3-4 weeks.

    There're several possible Scenarios how someone could access to someone else's account:

    1. if you've buyed gems over a 3rd party offer it's only a matter of time till someone is taking over your account... They're waiting till you've have used a lot of these precious shining gems to halfway max or fully max your base before they're trying to get full control over your account... I bet they've already an open ticket with Suoercell claiming that you're abusing their account... First come, first serve...

    Has happened to some guys I know 3-4 month ago... And know what: they've received what they've deserved by using this method...

    2. Above 4000 some other ways of playing the game are common, like fluffy bunny hopping... As there are several fluffy bunnies around it is most likely that one of them maybe is containing some kind of "extra" allowing the creators of the mod to take over accounts...

    Its the same like using cracked PC Software downloaded out of the internet instead of buying an original, or downloading a ch3at or trainer-prg for a premium game... Most of these mods, cr@cked programs, trainers, freeware or whatever are coming infected with all kind of virus/trojaner/scam ware for the one and only purpose: getting control over user accounts or the complete user-systems for scamming and stealing from the people...

    If this has happened: Also Congratulations --> Deserved !!!

    3. Selling your device to someone else and he has started to also play CoC... This for sure a big problem, cause linking CoC to G+ or GC is a good way to replicate your account on a new device for continuing playing... BUT.... If someone is starting to play CoC the game links itself to the UID, a unique serial number for your device... If you sell your phone/device it is easy to reactivate your account and play with it... SC is able to change this and to give you back the control over your account on your new device by editing their internal database which stores the UID and your account details..., but this can take 4-6 weeks as SC support is working on "first come, first serve" and got a lot of backlog at the moment....

    and by the way: a factory reset before selling a device will not help, cause it is not changing the UID....

    Yes Sir , I bought it thru the game not third party. Please don't break my neck as KlarkSmith siad... Ask me first before you break my neck.

    I have been playing this game since its released and I know how it goes and how much do you to pay to be in the champion 4000+. I never let the troops get ready we always finish it with gems if you want to be at this amount of trohpies.

    I am not sure if that is him or not bro, i did the rest by myself and i am not the tech person so i don't know if i did the complet rest or not... i removed everything thru connecting my device thru the usb on my pc then i did the steps... am i right?

    I hope they get to me soon... i am trying to be at the top but it's hard when someone log in to your account ...

    I reallly appreciate your commons and your scenarios were helpful to me to understand much better...

    As i answered before ... scenario 1 ( NO ) and I won't give someone my GC account because i know how is it....

    scenario 2 .. never heard about it being in this game when its released....

    scenario 3.. I don't know it might be i did the rest i don't know how it can be? maybe my rest was not complete?! but i did all the rest steps.....
