    You know supercell...

    Supercell rarely even cares about their players. They just want money. They rarely ever respond to the ♥♥♥♥ing and ♥♥♥♥♥ing in the game. Sure they come out with the maintenance breaks but they rarely respond to these type of posts. They just have their mods do it for them. It's stupid how it works.

    OP, I agree with asking for a refund form apple and see where that takes you. For the simple reason that SC can not and has not helped you within a reasonable timeframe.

    Beginning of my email conversation with THEO from supercell support



    As u can see the picture below, you have to answer those question accurately in order to prove that you're the real owner of the account.


    Once you're done answering those question, if you're proven to be the real owner of the account. You should receiving this email from theo, I cropped my code for my village incase something funny happen to my account again


    Once your account is locked you will be seeing this screen when u open clash of clan in your device, all the device that linked to your clash of clan account will be seeing this screen (yes including the ♥♥♥♥er)


    However there's only 1 device that can play your clash of clan account once u unlock it with the code given by supercell


    Once u entered the code and unlocked your village, only your device can access to the account, all other device that linked to your clash of clan account will be getting this error msg when they try to login your coc account.


    Also a lot of people are complaining supercell takes too long to reply, however theo from supercell respond to my email the next day usually if not 2 days later. Oldcoc I will be sending u private msg of theo email so you can email him directly and just start off a email of stating what happen to your account, you should be receiving a reply from him in 1-2 days.

    I am honest and I completely understand your frustration. 4 months is a very unusual waiting time, are you sure 100% sure they haven't contacted you already (Junk folders, spam etc)? Did you say you sent 6 emails? If so, you may have been lost in their spam. Oh, and I just looked back at your OP. You were not h@cked through SC's servers. Someone has access to your GC account, SC may be able to block them however it was not their fault you were h@cked
