did you farm your village or buy it all with gems ?
If you bought it with gems, I would suggest to contact Apple support and make them refund you completely every gem pruchase you ever did.
You could then use the money to just make a new COC account with a new Apple ID.
SC not answering to you for two months means they do not deserve any sympathies in this case and you should not hesitate to demand all your money back.
However, if you farmed your village, that option is not of much use.

hey oldcoc, ive experienced the same problem as you since last week , someone basically ♥♥♥♥ed my account and keep kicking me out of my village and even messed my base layout, started to cook weird combination troops and drop em at goblin maps. i've contacted supercell support regarding about my account situation, i get reply the next day from "Theo" if you wanna know his name, basically the first email they will be asking your personal information regarding about your coc account just to verify you are the owner of the account. when u answered all the question correctly they will perform to lock your coc account on ALL device (yes including the ♥♥♥♥er device). to unlock it , u will need a code from supercell support which they will be emailing u asap after they lock your account. once u enter the code youre done. i will share more picture in my next post just to prove that i really go through what u are experiencing now.
