i think it is a great idea, the x box is not even that good at early levels, and only one? I dont see a problem with that.
By that logic, TH9s should be allowed 1 inferno tower, max level 2. Pass.
I think it's fine as-is. When you reach TH9, you'll be happy to pick on rich TH8s who don't have xbow support.
