having a list would wouldn't really accomplish anything. No one can be punished for doing it because its the game that allows it happen.
I surely could provide quite a list of Clans that do this.. But i won't ,having just left a "prominent " CoC Clan Family because of this very issue... I will however provide the name of a clan family that DOSE NOT GHOST OR AP MODE.. us

you can't call people out for doing it or the thread will get closed. Plus, what's the point? It's not like we can decide if we want to war with those clans or not. Once the war begins there is no going back.

I agree that there's no point in doing this, but I don't see how you can get in trouble for listing ♥♥♥♥♥ers.
I also doubt that anyone can vouch for all of the members in a clan.
Somebody in your clan might be using fluffy bunny and simply lie about it or do Airplane Mode when nobody else is online to witness it. You can never really be sure.
I had a bunny called Fluffy once...but it died, just like this thread will
