Thats correct.I see you've not been TH10 for a very long time, though you're very high trophy and look like managing 5 builders with ease.
What strategy did you use ?

Wanted to upload pics to forum but didnt work using upload tool and didnt work with [img] stuff
I planned my th10 ug to finish about three weeks before my clan's push. That way I had a week to farm IT's and camps and they could be completed by the time the push started.
Then I barched to a little over 3500 and have been enjoying farming in champs (using barch still).
