New Hero (Demon Overlord)
Okay okay, maybe my other idea didn't work out as well but let's try this. I give you the Demon Overlord. Now this seems about fair compared to the Archer Queen and Barbarian King. The only thing is that he will be available for purchase at Town Hall Level 9. Please Read Below:
Overview - The Demon Overlord came from the depths below. Using his fierce claws he is able to cut through even the most difficult of objects. Nothing satisfies him unlike a good rampage.
Ability - Devilish Wings: Enables the user to fly for a certain period of time.

Level 1 = 24% Damage Increase / 13 Speed Increase / 13 Summoned Units / 11 Seconds
Level 2 = 27% Damage Increase / 14 Speed Increase / 14 Summoned Units / 12 Seconds
Level 3 = 30% Damage Increase / 15 Speed Increase / 15 Summoned Units / 12 Seconds
Level 4 = 33% Damage Increase / 16 Speed Increase / 16 Summoned Units / 13 Seconds
Level 5 = 36% Damage Increase / 17 Speed Increase / 17 Summoned Units / 13 Seconds
Level 6 = 39% Damage Increase / 18 Speed Increase / 18 Summoned Units / 14 Seconds
Level 7 = 42% Damage Increase / 19 Speed Increase / 19 Summoned Units / 14 Seconds
