In-game name: H&M TH lvl: 9
So will it show the 10 different amounts that can be stolen from you? From TH1 all the way up to TH10? I could see people using it, but its not exactly something that I want or need. Still though, good idea but there are others i would prefer
Level 97 town hall9 !

I think this a bad idea.
I think that people have not considered the consequences of implementing such a feature.
This feature would make everyone more aware of how much resources they are offering up to attackers. When they see that big number, they will feel the need to dump it into upgrades or walls or to hide the elixir in the barracks through high level troop queuing.
This would result in less loot for attackers, meaning more frustrated raiding, a lot more clicking the 'next' button, and basically a lot more gold being 'destroyed' and removed from the game economy.
I don't know about you, but any feature that causes me to have to click 'next' more often is not a feature I want in the game.

This is just useless,
Why?
Because it will never be accurate depending on Mines, Collectors.
You can easily see how much was available when reviewing the raid against you.
Why would this be needed when it's inaccurate, and simply useless?
Must have loot button!! Gimme the button now!!
idk, if it could work you should press info then have another button saying loot, also, maybe it would show the max loot available that each th could get against you?
Isn't that the point of the game? To keep upgrading on things? There are still plenty of bases where people have quit and left resources inside mines and collectors.
The downside as already mentioned about this is the inaccuracy, which could still be a good thing for raiders. The user of the button would have to accept the fact the longer they are offline, the more loot will build up until checking again on their 'loot button'.
