Top Youtubers Violating SuperCell TOS

Please close this, mods. It's turning into a flame war. And could we get something from the Supercell guys?

Supercell dont recomend doing that as they risk losing their accounts.

what do you even think should happen to the youtubers then? They cant ban them because then they would just argue that other people play multiple accounts on the separate devices too. They cant ban those people too because its imposible to detect them. Even if they did manage to detect that 2 accounts are being operated by one person then those people could just argue something along the lines of "this is my kids account and i just help him with it sometimes"
A one account per person rule would be impossible to enforce.

if it was the case that supercell wanted to enforce this rule but just couldn't then why would they allow most of their mods to play multiple accounts even though the TOS says no to it. Surely they would want the people who are representing them to set a good example.

it obvious the one account per person line in the TOS was not intended to stop people from playing multiple accounts on the separate devices.

Just because you can't enforce a rule on everyone doesn't mean you shouldn't at all. Thousands of crimes go unpunished every day but that doesn't stop law enforcing, does it?

For starters, they can just start with those who out right admit on youtube that they are creating second accounts, using jailbroken devices, using game h@cks, etc etc.

My point was they don't want to enforce it. As it was pointed out The TOS are made to cover all supercell games and the forums, the forums is what the one account per person line is meant for.

I'm not saying they should be banned, just saying people shouldn't add things to the TOS at their convenience, justifying having more than one account does not break the TOS, thus misinforming everybody on this forum.

I believe you are over thinking. If you run into trouble messing around with multiple accounts on 1 device there won't be much sympathy as they clearly do not support more than 1 account per device.
