if they'd get banned... who's gunna make the strategy videos? most of the posts in the "rookie" section get replies from links to youtube videos...

if you go on twitch, how many people do you see using blu3stacks? pretty much everybody.

also SC RESERVES the right, it doesn't have to be enforced, as stated earlier.

Yes, exactly, but people are starting misinforming others by adding statements like "it will only be enforced if you are playing more than one account per device", which is completly nonsense.

What mods are you talking about, that it's ok more than 1 account per device?

Here again, not really that hard to understand:

You shall not have more than one Account at any given time, sell or give away your Account, create an Account using a false identity or information, or on behalf of someone other than yourself

Of course not. If I drive 56mph in a 55mph zone and the cops don't pull me over, does that mean I can break any law I want? The ToS is an agreement where users agree to certain conditions in order to use the service. If you break those conditions, SC can punish you (or not), much in the same way a government can punish you (or not) for breaking a law.


I don't know a whole lot about this issue, but my guess is this would be incredibly hard to enforce and is broken by tons of people (hence the speed limit analogy). It doesn't mean you should ignore it, but SC does have the right to do something about it if they ever wanted to.

The TOS is generic and meant to cover various products including the forums where the multiple accounts are enforced.

You have a point in lawyer speak terms if there is no clarification 'per device' somewhere.

As written, unless there is text elsewhere changing the meaning of what you highlighted (or making it out of context), it would seem to be in violation literally.

Whether they wish to enforce or not of course would be completely up to them.

SC has the choice weather or not they have to do anything about it.

obviously SC cant just go banning random people who they "catch", because it then becomes a cat + mouse game, where SC are only going to get hopelessly distracted by, delaying customer updates...

if SC did just ban everyone they saw, we would all see a lot of threads saying "why did SC ban me and not him? that's not fair!"

I know a lot of people who use sleepy tortoise (don't like fluffy bunnies), sell accounts or use ghosting, but I don't want to report them until there is stricter enforcement, unfair for those few who do get banned. I wanted to until I learnt just the amount of those who disobey rules.
