Top Youtubers Violating SuperCell TOS

Yes of course, you are hereby admiring to a crime. My arguing case is that do you live with these youtubers? Do you know they are breaking the laws and rules? Can you provide solid proof? You are arguing an argument that is pointless and will go back and fourth. You say they have multiple accounts, well I could easily say that is the account of an friend or a child in that matter... Where is your solid evidence of an youtuber breaking a law? There is no harm being committed here to anyone, this thread was created to call out one YouTubers for breaking tos which is your word against there word and would go no where in any court. I feel this whole thread is pointless and created only to start issues with people who do good things for supercell.

Well there is a vid discussing how to use exploits by some you tubers, air mode, assistive touch, and really it brings up a good question, not just against a you tuber, but several who have multiple accounts. I guess to make a decision you would have to know, why is this in the TOS in the first place, because I don't know that reason, and I'm not one for following rules just because they are rules, but maybe the more morally inclined would.

You have one person stating the ToCs and one person stating whats legally enforceable.

I agree with this, letter of the law says one thing, spirit of the law seems to be another. I've always said, only what's enforced is against the rules, not the rules themselves. I don't know the reason for this in the TOS, but maybe it should be taken out

This whole thread was created to simply say YouTubers are
committing a crime via "supercell" TOS. This is such an outrageous thread to have been created in the first place. Who do the YouTubers hurt? I will argue for their sake. No TOS has been broken without submission of solid evidence. Just a foolish thread but one to have fun in while in the office.

Many people agree with your assessment of the intent of the OP. It could also be the OP doesn't understand it is solely Supercell's discretion on wether or not any one person is in violation of their TOS at any point in time.

Supercell undoubtably knows about multiple accounts being used by people and obviously sees no harm in it or do not feel it violates the intent of TOS. This clearly invalidates any implication of wrong doing by any youtubers in regards to multiple accounts.

People define crime as something that is actionable by the state and I believe your use of the word is causing some confusion as there is nothing criminal about breaking the TOS.

I'm sorry, but a crime has not been committed when TOS are not adhered to, as they are rules within a game, and no laws are being broken.

Exactly my point from the beginning! a person can be accused of something that is flawed and or does not state correctly! mainly I am just approaching this from an legal stand point and an trolling stand point.

I simply use the word "crime" as in an everyday part of life standpoint. In all honesty though, depending on the severity of breaking the TOS system, you could be sued. All a TOS is an disclaimer that consumer businesses has to implement into their product(s)

The wording is more or less a CYA clause although it is regularly enforced on the forums which are also covered by TOS.

Having multiple accounts allow a player to have any troop he wants at any given time, as opposed to regular players who have to find a proper clan to have decent clan castle troops.

I myself and more than likely half the people whom play this game, could care less. There always has to be someone searching for an reason(s) to hurt someone for no given reason.

This thread cracks me up...Zach's response a billion pages back was on point. An agreement is enforceable by the parties to it, to extent they have a right to enforce it. TOS is a unilateral agreement, giving supercell a right to enforce or perhaps most importantly, to not enforce any part of it whenever it decides to against anyone it chooses to. Is it really surprising to anyone that supercell might find enforcing many of the TOS terms not in their best interest, particularly if it would shut down revenue stream from players? But it's useful to them to retain the ability to change their mind later, if circumstances change and the violations become a problem to them or the game.
